Jobless Rate Worse Than Thought

More rocket scientists at work.... I'm not surprised by the number of job losses registering along with the signs we are in a deep recession. Something I concluded a year ago. I don't have to wait for the "Mainstream Press" acknowledge what I see in my travels.

Let's open the borders so that brick and mortar businesses can use slave labor. Layoff experienced workers for recent college graduates at cheaper wages, export all meaningful employment to foreign countries and ask ourselves why more and more Americans can't find jobs. Another brilliant sign that Washington acts to improve the future of your children.

Border Security

It only took the U.S. Government 7 years after 9/11 to require more than someone just saying, "I'm an American citizen" to cross the border. They now require proof of citizenship. Imagine that? Hard to believe but we still have people in Washington trying to stop Homeland Security from implementing the new rules, reasoning it would take too long for people to cross the border and cause long lines... Ah, I guess National Security should take two steps back rather than imconvenience possible terrorists from entering the country. We wouldn't want to do that now would we?

I first became suspicious of "The Mainstream News" when I was visiting Mexico City. I woke up one morning to find the Sheraton I was staying at completely surrounded by what seemed to be 1000's of police in riot gear. When I asked what was going on I was told by my driver that two Policeman heads were mounted on a stick outside the police headquarters by drug dealers and people were protesting the proposed closure of the American border.

I immediately returned to the United States and I was surprised to see no mention of this in the papers or on TV news channels. I wrote a letter to Fox, Sean Hannity, and Bill O'reilly and never got a response. This may not seem odd to you but this was at a time when beheadings in iraq where front page news and I just couldn't understand why something this inhuman happening so close to home was not
even mentioned in the news.

Bill Oreilly, Sean Hannity, Neil Cavuto all have an agenda they have to protect and that agenda is the corporations that pay their bills. I admire all of these people including Tammy Bruce and as prolific as they are in what they do, they sometimes miss the mark. I intend to go well beyond that mark and delve where others fear to tread. My favorite anchor is Lou Dobbs and if he were to run for President I'd be behind him all the way. I will take on the propaganda fed into the minds of the American public and confront the issues with what's really ailing America.

I am not connected to any corporation and that is the beauty of the internet. I can freely state what's on my mind and my intention is not to start some kind of revolution in America or change ones mind if they disagree with me. My intention is purley to get people to start thinking past what they are told by mainstream media and stop repeating what they hear without investigating the facts. To search past page one of the mainstream press and evn listen to people you don't agree with so you get a broader basis for your beliefs.

All too often we replace knowledge with hatred and choose to look another way when confronted with a clear vision of what's ahead because it's easier than fighting what we feel is inevitable.

I'm sure I will anger many and I can tell you right now, I will not bend to the most overused and misunderstood comment
thrown at people who complain about America. "Love It or Leave It". A country void of criticsm is a country incapable of improvement and if you haven't noticed, recently the country seems like it is going to hell in a hand basket with way to many people looking the other way.

My wife and I flew into N.Y.C. on 9/11 at 8:00 in the morning on American Airlines. By the time I got to my hotel room, I was able to photograph the collapse of both towers from my hotel window. After about a week of being trapped in the city we were able to find a rental car in New Jersey and we decided to drive down I-95 to the Pentagon to witness the damage there as well. From there we traveled cross country
back to our home in California and the one thing I remember
most was that there was not one over pass on any freeway that didn't have an American Flag attached to it. All I can ask is, where is that unity now?

I hope that this blog will stimulate your thoughts and motivate you into action that will benefit all for living in what can be the greatest country in the world before it's too late.
